March 18 Statement

As we noted in our communications to you last week, Foreside continues to closely monitor developments related to COVID-19 and take the necessary steps to protect our teams, mitigate risk to our operations, and ensure business continuity for our clients who depend on us.

As we take additional precautions to safeguard our employees and communities, we have executed a remote work plan for our employees effective Wednesday, March 18th and until further notice.

Foreside is proud to have a sound infrastructure and robust technology in place to efficiently and effectively continue operations and deliver client services remotely. We are confident in our ability to maintain current and consistent levels of client service with limited to no interruption. And as communicated to you last week, Foreside has suspended all inter-office employee travel, non-essential employee business travel, and all international business travel. The suspension of all non-essential guest visits to all Foreside office locations remains in place. Going forward we will primarily utilize conference calls, emails, and video conferences to communicate with our clients and partners. Given the nature and uncertain impact of COVID-19, we may need to formally close our offices. We will continue to monitor this fluid situation and keep you informed.

We recognize that this is a challenging time for all of us. Please be assured that as this situation continues to evolve, we are standing by to support you as we always have and are committed to continuing to deliver the quality service for which you are accustomed. We wish you and your families well during this time.
